Bloom provides a financial risk assessment tool that estimates whether you may run out of money before your next paycheck based on data you provide or connect via Plaid.

Bloom is an informational tool only. The projections, risk assessments, and recommendations provided are estimates based on the data available and should not be considered financial advice. You should consult a qualified financial advisor for financial decisions. We are not responsible for financial losses resulting from actions taken based on Bloom's projections.

Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• You may delete your account at any time, which permanently removes all associated data

Accuracy of Data

Bloom's projections are only as accurate as the data provided. Bank balance data from Plaid may have a delay. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any calculations.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. You will be notified before any action is taken except in cases of fraud or abuse.

Limitation of Liability

Bloom is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Bloom after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
